Each person will receive and study from Dr. Steve Arterburn's book and workbook, "Lose It for Life," and will have the opportunity to participate in a unique schedule of exercise, education, and healthy food preparation so when you return to your residence, you will successfully continue to lose weight on your own. This will help you develop a lifestyle that emphasizes the whole you: your mind, body, emotions, relationships and — especially — your relationship with God.
